Scrum Master Duties: - Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Coach development teams and product owners in Scrum best practices, ensuring effective application of Agile principles and methodologies. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by guiding teams in utilizing empiricism to measure and enhance performance. - Help teams set clear goals and objectives, using Agile metrics and feedback to drive iterative improvements and resolve impediments. - Support and mentor team members to develop their Scrum skills and embrace Agile principles fully. - Implement and track progress through Agile metrics, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement. - Experience with scaling Scrum practices across multiple teams is highly desirable. - Utilize Azure DevOps for sprint planning, user story management, reporting, and driving continuous team improvement. Project Management Duties: - Manage IT projects using a variety of methodologies, including traditional Waterfall and hybrid approaches, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. - Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and team members. - Apply program management concepts to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Proficiency with Azure DevOps is highly preferred.Requirements - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance - 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a product team - 4+ years of experience utilizing the Scrum framework - 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing project plans, including identifying needs, defining major tasks and milestones, and managing scope, resources, budget, and personnel - 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level program/project planning and management, with projects involving 10+ team members or budgets exceeding $500,000- 4+ years of experience using Team Foundation Server
