This role is ideal for a hands-on QA leader who combines deep expertise in test automation, performance testing, and modern quality engineering practices with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Come join a great team!QualificationsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferredCertifications such as ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), CSM, PMP, or related QA/Agile certifications are highly desiredStrong experience testing Field Service Management (FSM) platforms such as Salesforce Field Service, ServiceNow FSM, Oracle Field Service, ClickSoftware, or similar systems is required8+ years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or quality engineering3+ years of experience leading enterprise testing initiatives or QA teamsStrong hands-on experience with test automation, functional testing, and performance testingExperience with automation and testing tools including Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, TestComplete, NeoLoad, and/or JMeterExperience working within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environmentsProficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Java, TypeScript, or PythonStrong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environmentsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skillsPrior experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines is highly desirablePrefer candidates with experience with service virtualization and test environment managementExposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) and shift-left testing methodologiesExperience working with distributed teams and third-party vendorsResponsibilitiesLead enterprise testing strategy, standards, tools, and best practices across multiple technology programsDevelop and execute testing strategies specifically supporting FSM applications, integrations, workflows, and mobile field service operationsPartner with Program Managers, Tower Leads, developers, and product owners to drive quality initiatives and testing governancePartner with business and technology teams supporting Field Service Management platforms to improve quality, automation coverage, and release reliabilityDevelop and maintain testing strategies, test plans, environment strategies, and testing metrics/reportingIdentify and drive opportunities for test automation, performance engineering, service virtualization, and shift-left testingSupport and mentor QA teams on automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and quality engineering best practicesCollaborate closely with development teams to improve application testability and overall software reliabilityOversee defect management, defect triage, requirement traceability, and testing health metricsCoordinate testing environments and infrastructure readiness with cross-functional teamsDrive CI/CD testing integration and continuous quality improvementsWork closely with automation and performance testing teams to improve test coverage and application performanceEvaluate emerging testing tools and technologies and recommend process improvements Genius Road, LLC is proud to be a Certified Women s Business Enterprise, an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
