Cloud Security EngineerJob Title: Cloud Security EngineerType: 3 days a /week with possibility for more daysStart: Interviewing NowLocation: New York City (On-site 3x/week required)Compensation: Up to $62/hr DOEWe’re partnering with an information security team that is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to support enterprise cloud environments undergoing rapid security scaling across multiple active programs in NYC.What You’ll Actually Be Doing• Secure AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments across enterprise clients• Implement cloud security controls, monitoring, and governance frameworks• Support identity integrations and access policies in cloud environments• Identify misconfigurations and remediate cloud vulnerabilities• Collaborate with SOC and risk teams on cloud threat visibility• Support onsite delivery teams in NYC engagementsMust-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)• 5+ years in cloud security engineering• Strong experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP• Hands-on knowledge of IAM, network security, and cloud controls• Experience with cloud security tools (e.g., CSPM, SIEM integration)• Ability to work onsite in NYC 3x/weekYou’ll Stand Out If You…• Have worked in consulting or multi-client environments• Bring DevSecOps exposure (CI/CD security integration)• Have supported large-scale enterprise cloud transformations• Understand zero trust architecture in cloud environmentsThis role is tied to ongoing client demand.
