Job Title: SAP EWM Consultant (AMS Support with TM Experience)US Citizen Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with hands-on AMS support experience and exposure to SAP TM. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide AMS (Application Management Support) for SAP EWM, including incident resolution, problem management, and service requestsMonitor and support day-to-day warehouse operations within SAP EWMAnalyze and troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolutionWork on enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvementsCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide optimal solutionsSupport integration points between SAP EWM and SAP TMPerform root cause analysis and document solutionsParticipate in testing, deployment, and support during releasesRequired Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM (configuration and support)Proven experience in AMS/support projectsBasic to intermediate knowledge of SAP TM processes and integration with EWMGood understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, internal movements)Experience in incident management tools and SLAsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with S/4HANA EWMGood communication and stakeholder management skills
