Inside Technical Customer Service

Engineered Components Inc. (ECI) has been supplying high quality technical components to OEMs and Distributors for over 40 years. Our customers are both large and small companies from Caterpillar to small one-man manufacturers. We also coordinate technical assistance when needed. ECI is an ISO certified company who manufactures, assembles, and distributes value-added subcomponents for machinery. We have shown very steady growth historically and have plans for continued growth. Salary will be based on experience. Our products serve a very diverse marketplace of industrial, commercial, and mobile equipment. Please, highlight your background in the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical Systems, and Hydraulic Aptitude Experience (if any) selling to OEMs and Distributors Experience with diesel engine components is a real plus Job functions include but are not limited to the following: Generate quotes and enter orders received from customers Learn and understand our products, so you can help customer understand how to apply them Interacting with ECI's purchasing and manufacturing to satisfy customer requirements Potentially help in the shop to produce, pack, and ship order Skills: We are looking a person who can wear many hats.
