Cultivate well-being.We have an exciting opportunity for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor to join our team of talented professionals.As an ACT Supervisor in the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program, you will be responsible for the following:The ACT Supervisor will be responsible for the administrative and clinical functioning of the ACT program.This will include all of the functions necessary to ensure the identification and engagement of eligible ACT participants, and the delivery of ACT services to those participants and their families.In addition to overseeing the program, the ACT Supervisor will participate in the delivery of direct services to ACT participants and facilitate adherence to ACT fidelity standards.Regular working hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Based on the needs of the clients and the program, additional hours are expected, including evening and weekends. Will provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls to support program staff as needed.Travel: Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used - IRS standard. .64 per mileAny training paid for by TGC.Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance. 401K.
