The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-driven, operationally strong, and comfortable working closely with warehouse teams and leadership.This is NOT a software developer position. We are seeking an operational systems professional who understands warehouse inventory flow, inventory accuracy, ERP/WMS systems, and day-to-day system management.Location:San Fernando, CA 91340 Type:Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire or Possible Direct Hire Range of Pay:$45–$70/hr DOE or equivalent salary rangeKey Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the CIN7 ERP/WMS platform Manage inventory tracking, SKU setup, inventory locations, and warehouse system workflows Ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity across warehouse operations Support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory reconciliation processes Monitor and improve inventory movement and location tracking Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and system issues Train warehouse and operations teams on proper system usage and processes Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency and inventory controlRequired Qualifications: MUST have hands-on experience with CIN7 inventory management software Experience implementing, rolling out, or managing ERP/WMS inventory systems Strong background in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments Experience with inventory tracking, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse system processes Understanding of SKU management, item location tracking, and inventory accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Experience: Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as CIN7, NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, Oracle, or similar platforms Distribution center, logistics, or 3PL experience Process improvement or warehouse optimization experience Strong Excel and reporting skillsProtech Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
