We pride ourselves on having emphasis on high quality patient care.We are currently hiring Full-time Dialysis RN Unit Manager at Fox Valley Dialysis, Aurora IL. This Manager will run the day to day operations of the dialysis facility by focusing on patient care, staff development, and maintaining highly rated performance standards. 5 day/week (Monday-Friday, weekends as needed)Requirements:Current RN license in State of IL;Minimum 3 year Dialysis Experience Required;Patient Care Driven;Leadership;Excellent judgement;Attention to detail;Initiative;Problem solver;Reliable;Organized;Effective communicator;Focused.If you have all of the above qualifications and you are patient focused, and are tired of working in the same corporate run environment, then we are the company for you.
