Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive shopping environment Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Requirements Previous cashiering experience or familiarity with POS systems is preferred Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual options are highly valued Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and perform stocking duties as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable shopping experiences!
