The ideal candidate will possess experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), HR operations, reporting, and executive-level administrative support.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS & HR Operations SupportLead and assist with the creation and implementation of performance management tools and HR system enhancementsConduct HR metrics analysis and assist with troubleshooting HR application issuesMaintain and organize HR documentation including policies, procedures, employee records, and HR processesEnsure secure and accurate storage of HR data including attendance, employee performance, and personnel recordsPerform audits on HR processes including hiring, termination, payroll administration, exit interviews, and HRCMS reportingMaintain HR SharePoint sites and employee personnel filesUpdate and maintain organizational charts and employee recordsGenerate HR reports including diversity statistics, turnover metrics, audit reports, and workforce analyticsIdentify HR trends, reporting insights, and opportunities to improve HR operations and decision-makingSupport employee recognition programs, HR events, calendars, and engagement initiatives in collaboration with DEI leadershipAdministrative SupportProvide executive-level administrative support to the Human Resources Division ChiefManage calendars, appointments, meetings, correspondence, and scheduling activitiesPrepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and HR documentationMaintain filing systems and employee database recordsPrepare and distribute internal and external correspondenceSchedule meetings and conferences while recording meeting notes when necessarySupport employee onboarding documentation, benefits administration, ethics training, and CORI compliance recordsRequired QualificationsExperience working with HRIS systems and Human Resources operationsStrong administrative support and organizational experienceExperience maintaining HR records, reports, and employee data systemsStrong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePointStrong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage confidential employee information with professionalism and discretionAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting HR leadership or executive-level managementExperience with HR metrics, audits, and workforce reportingKnowledge of payroll administration, employee onboarding, and HR compliance processesExperience working with SharePoint and HR databasesExperience in public sector or regulated environments preferredAdditional RequirementsCandidate must successfully complete fingerprinting, credit check, and background check after the offer stage
