Job Title: Senior Pega Developer Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Model)Job Employment Type: USC/GC/H4EAD/OPT/CPT/TN - W2 onlyJob Duration: Long TermJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy scalable Pega solutions leveraging Pega DX API and Pega Cloud to meet enterprise needs.Integrate Pega applications with external systems, third-party APIs, and cloud services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Develop and optimize REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring alignment with business processes and system requirements.Manage end-to-end application lifecycle for Pega Cloud environments, including configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.Required Skills & Qualifications4+ years of hands-on Pega development experience, with expertise in Pega DX API and Pega Cloud.In-depth knowledge of Pega Cloud setup, administration, and optimization.Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Docker.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment.
