P-Physical Therapist

Job Description Position: P-Physical TherapistSalary Range: $44.15-$47.06 per hourSchedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday (no weekend rotation)Experience: No new graduates acceptedWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a P-Physical Therapist. In this role, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical health and mobility.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical historyUse a variety of techniques to help patients improve their strength, range of motion, and overall physical functionEducate patients on proper exercises and techniques to continue their progress at homeMonitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as neededCommunicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in patient careMaintain accurate and detailed patient recordsQualifications:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical TherapyCurrent state license to practice as a Physical TherapistMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical TherapistStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsCompassionate and patient-focused approach to careWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
