SummaryThe Sr. Director Financial Analysis and Budgeting, directs financial planning functions including budgeting, forecasting, operational financial analysis and strategic financial planning. Leads a diverse team that provides direct financial advisory services to all departments within the Center and executive leadership. Consults with senior management to develop reports and analysis that enhances understanding of the financial impact of operational trends. Directs financial planning and analysis related to the Center's strategic plan and related business development. Directs management of healthcare financial analytics that support payer strategy development. Oversees compliance and reporting to AHCA, CMS (Medicare and Medicaid cost reports).Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required Analytically focused with ability to react quickly to change Due to high level of interaction with management and administrative staff, and the nature of theposition, the incumbent should have excellent communication skills and ability to interact with alllevels of management, leadership and external partners/parties. Advanced knowledge and understanding of GAAPMinimum Experience RequiredRequires a master’s degree plus 12 years’ experience in financial analysis, financial planning anddecision support; inclusive of 7 years leadership experience.In lieu of a master's degree, a bachelor's degree plus 14 years' experience in financial analysis, financialplanning and decision support; inclusive of 7 years leadership experience is required.(OR)In lieu of a master's degree, a bachelor's degree plus 12 years' experience in financial analysis, financialplanning and decision support with an NCI designated Cancer Center; inclusive of 7 years leadership
