There is unlimited room for career growth through on-site, factory-approved, computer-based and classroom training (to include training on forklift repair, if you can bring a solid Mechanical background to the table!)Role is 90% in the field with real-time troubleshooting – local travel only, home nightlyCompensation: $22.00-28.00/hour base (+ OT, potential $2,000 quarterly bonus ($8K/year), + quarterly safety bonus + company vehicle + gas card, $2,500 interest-free tool loan.)What You Will Do:Diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of industrial equipment. Perform maintenance on newer battery-powered equipment, as well as traditional diesel and gasoline industrial machinery; conduct diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions; troubleshoot issues.Interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals related to forklifts and other various construction equipment.Will conduct preventative maintenance and inspections; address any issues as needed.Communicate repair needs, provide estimates, and explain completed work to customers.
