About The RoleThe Program Development Manager is a key support role responsible for coordinating the development and launch of fintech payment programs from initial design through to go-live. The Program Development Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, clear communication, and operational readiness. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
