We are a high-performance Team—not a "family"—and we reward results.The Reality of the RoleThis Position Is For Mature Professionals Who Understand The Mechanics Of a Sale. We Do Not Hire "front Desk Receptionists." You Will Be Expected ToInvestigate & Close: Review client history to identify "membership abusers" and pivot those difficult conversations into sales.Enforce Policy: Confidently explain why a guest no longer qualifies for "Member-Guest" pricing and collect the difference with poise.Hunt for Leads: Use Zenoti to proactively call and text prospects to fill the book.Consult: Use your knowledge of Dermalogica and Image Skincare to drive retail revenue and customize massage experiences.Pay & Internal RewardsBase: $17/hr.Core Commissions: 25% on enrollment fees ($40–$199), $10 for $20–$39 fees, and 10% on retail.Proprietary Performance Bonuses: Beyond standard commission, we offer an internal "Performance Dividend" structure.
