Inside Sales Representative
ZimZee Recruiting is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support a global aviation customer base by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for general, business, and commercial aviation customers and plays an important part in delivering accurate order processing, pricing guidance, and responsive account support in a fast-paced aerospace environment.Skills and RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in aviation sales support, customer support, or inside sales within the aerospace industry. Industry experience isn't required, but preferred.Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to support global aviation customersExperience processing and managing orders for products and/or maintenance servicesProficiency using CRM and ERP systems to document customer activity and manage workflowsAbility to coordinate across cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in a high-volume phone and email environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accuratelyKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional supportReceive, enter, and manage customer orders for both new product purchases and maintenance services within ERP systemsProvide customers with accurate pricing, order status updates, and lead-time informationPartner with internal departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve account-related issuesSupport sales initiatives and participate in marketing and campaign-related outreach activitiesMaintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions in CRM/ERP platforms
