This role leads and develops brokerage staff, manages customs filings, maintains regulatory compliance, and serves as a key point of contact for clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all customs brokerage operations, including import/export entries and documentationEnsure compliance with CBP regulations, FDA, USDA, EPA, and other Partner Government AgenciesnowhiringJob Requirements:Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) requiredMinimum 5-8 years of customs brokerage experience, including supervisory or management rolesStrong knowledge of HTS classification, country of origin, valuation, and trade complianceExperience working with ACE, ABI, and brokerage software systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
