A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator to provide support and coordination for youth and families in the Foster Care program. Key Responsibilities Provide support, guidance, and intervention to assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program Ensure documentation and health records for foster children meet regulatory compliance and manage treatment plans Display trauma-informed practices in interactions and contribute to achieving individual and team goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards Must pass a drug screening test and extensive background check Meets designation as a Qualified Professional in NC
