Software Development Manager, Differentiated Security Team
DescriptionWe are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team in Amazon Security that builds AI-powered services to protect Amazon's expanding business portfolio. You should enjoy inventing around complex security challenges, obsess over customers, and deliver results.This role owns a service that finds and closes security blind spots across Amazon Stores: gaps in non-standard infrastructure, newly acquired companies, and environments that don't fit existing security tooling.You will build Gen-AI driven automation that surfaces unknown risks and drives remediation across these environments that have historically lacked security visibility.This is a ground-floor build. Strong cross-organizational partnership is critical, you will work with security teams across Stores and directly with VPs to drive risk trade-off discussions. We provide cross-cutting services to integrate security solutions into BU products and services and upholds Amazon's high security bar. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
