Job OverviewJob Title: Knowledge ManagerLocation: Tampa, FLThis position is pending contract award.Job ResponsibilitiesTrace Systems is actively recruiting for a Knowledge Manager to support the EAGLE-I contract onsite in Tampa, FL.The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToOwns information architecture and governance for the program.Defines taxonomy, metadata, and numbering standards.Manages document control, review/approval cycles, and records retention.Ensures secure posting of MSRs, PMPs, action logs, ERB/CCB/TRR minutes, and SOPs.Curates PRD and financial dashboards, and GFP lifecycle reports.Controls audits content/permissions, coordinates quarterly ASSIST submissions, and drives continuous improvement in knowledge capture, findability, and reuse across the team.Other duties as required.Minimum QualificationsActive, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance, (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable). Desired Qualification17+ years of knowledge management experience in DOD environments managing projects from requirements analysis and planning through development and delivery.Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) issued by Knowledge Management Professionals (KMPro).IAT Level II: CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Network+ certificationEducationBachelors degree or 8+ years of knowledge management experience in DOD environments managing projects from requirements analysis and planning through development and delivery.Trace SystemsTrace Systems Inc. was founded to support and defend our nation's security interests at home and abroad-- whenever and wherever.
