Job DetailsDescriptionSUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Reporting Managers, this associate is responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers in all phases of the commercial relationship management process, including acquiring and closing new loan originations and renewals, portfolio administration, as well as providing customer serviceto clients and working with internal departments and partners on both product/service delivery and resolution of issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:Prepare proposal and commitment letterAssist in the scheduling of appointments and maintenance of the calendar as requestedPrepare loan documents through the use of Laser Pro Software or coordination with outside legal counselFile appropriate documents (mortgages, UCC, etc) once they are signed and process appropriate disbursement requests; forward the completed loan package to Commercial Loan Servicing for booking on the system. Follow up on document and financial exceptions as neededAssist with month-end reporting as requestedMonitor delinquencies and notify the Reporting Manager of those that will be 30 days or longer delinquent at month’s endMonitor daily NSF’sAssist with loan portfolio reviewsAssist with delinquency collection, matured loans, and other account maintenanceRespond to and resolve customer and branch service issues, (both loan and deposit), by researching issue and working with appropriate Bank areas to resolve problemParticipate in client calls as appropriateOrder departmental supplies and support office equipmentCoordinate ordering of appraisals, title work, flood searches, and other tasks as neededDaily monitor the loan maturity forecast reportComplete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulationsRegular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this positionEDUCATION And EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or General Education degree (GED)NMLS certification may be required (or obtained upon hire)Minimum of three (3) years administrative support experience in a lending department; Commercial lending concept and loan documentation preferredKnowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook is expectedAbility to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writingE-Verify is used to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.Farmers National Banc Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer: disability/veteran
