As the first impression of our community, it is important our Manager understands the value of providing strong customer service. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image. We are looking for a true team player to add to a growing company. Experience: Responsibilities: Answering incoming phones. Leasing Greeting and touring prospective residents, able to provide them with community information and rental rates. Collections and Delinquency Process and verify leasing applications and corresponding documents. Updating and maintaining records and data bases. Outreach marketing. Qualifications: 2+ years of Property Management experience, Required Experience with Resman property management software, Required Bilingual, English/Spanish, Required Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff. Superior customer service skills Desire to learn the requirements of the Property Management industry so that you can be promoted. Dependable and punctual. Requirements: Successfully pass preemployment background check.
