Strivector s premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Regional Sales Manageryour roles and responsibilities will include: This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, and developing strategic customer relationships while aligning cross-functional resources to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales and marketing function across multiple locationsDrive profitable revenue growth through strategic planning and executionBuild, develop, and lead a high-performing sales teamImplement market-driven sales strategies to expand key accountsStrengthen existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunitiesAlign sales efforts with operations, service, and marketing teamsIdentify and capitalize on regional market opportunitiesDrive key sales initiatives and performance improvementsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionQUALIFICATIONSMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Regional Sales Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Regional Sales Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field7+ years of sales experienceExperience in corrugated packaging or related industry (required)Strong understanding of the Minneapolis marketProven ability to drive sales growth and manage customer relationshipsLeadership experience or ability to lead and develop teamsWe understand that even if you are a seasoned Regional Sales Manager, you may not have all the skills listed here.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCompensation: Based on Experience.
