IT - Global Master Data Consultant

Job Summary Our client a leading Health Care & Life Sciences provider is seeking a IT - Global Master Data Consultant to join their team! This position is remote.Core ResponsibilitiesResponsible for establishing and propagating processes for business users to access data using analytical tools to create and implement value-driven business solutionsTrain and advise operations teams in processesInfluence the changes needed to establish a culture of quality and be a strategic thinker and problem solverSupport business and functional leaders to develop and implement actions that enhance the capacity of people and processes within the GBS functional organizationDevelop and deliver reports designed to translate data into actionable business intelligenceDevelop and implement reporting and/or process automation projectsDesign KPI scoring dashboards for GBS regional trading partnersConsult with stakeholders to determine automation needs and define solutions to meet requirementsIdentify, retrieve, query, and aggregate internal databases and external data sources to support reporting and analysis operationsFoster and leverage working relationships with the GBS and Global Data Analytics & Insights team, as well as with reporting consultants in the other regions to ensure consistency of approach and message for implementing quality reporting methods and tools in GBSPromote the standardization and documentation of processes and reports in the GBSResponsible for the timely and accurate preparation of key performance reports (KPIs) used to evaluate GBS performance and the level of compliance Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance or related quantitative field required3+ years of experience in quantitative/analytical area, preferably in database administrationAccounting or financial knowledge in the Shared Services Centre environmentPower BI, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, SQL requiredWorking knowledge of database software and systems used in financial reporting such as SAP, Business Warehouse, etc.Ability to understand and develop accurate queries to extract insights from complex relational data models and aggregated data for strategic reportingExperience in analysis and report development using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Knime, Alteryx, Power apps or similar toolsExperience in mergers and acquisitions and understanding of OTC, ATR, PTP processes will be an advantage Key Competencies & Behaviors Time management skillsStrong Technical skillsCommunication skills Work Environment Remote Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $56.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
