This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business strategy, customer engagement, and global market expansion.This is more than a traditional product management role. You will play a key role in shaping long-term business strategy, developing global partnerships, expanding market share, and positioning Kaye as the leader in thermal validation and monitoring solutions worldwideLOCATIONThe ideal candidate will reside near our St Marys Pennsylvania office.WHAT YOU WILL DODrive Global Growth StrategyLead global market assessments and identify new growth opportunities across Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences, Medical, and Food marketsDevelop multi-year business development strategies focused on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansionAnalyze competitive positioning and define strategies that differentiate Amphenol Kaye in the marketBuild Strategic PartnershipsDevelop and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, and strategic alliancesExpand market access through partnerships and commercial initiativesLead customer-facing discussions, proposals, negotiations, and business development activities Lead Commercial & Product InitiativesSupport global sales teams with technical and commercial expertiseCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive successful go-to-market executionHelp shape future product strategy aligned with IoT, wireless, digital monitoring, and data-hosting trends Influence the Future of Validation ServicesSupport the expansion of validation lifecycle services and mapping solutionsContribute to business models involving subscription services, hosted data solutions, and recurring revenue streamsRepresent Amphenol Kaye at industry conferences, customer meetings, and trade events globally WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field10+ years of experience in technical product management, business development, marketing, or related commercial leadership rolesStrong understanding of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences marketsProven success driving profitable growth, strategic partnerships, and commercial expansionExperience developing executive-level business cases, presentations, and strategic roadmapsStrong commercial acumen, including contract negotiations and growth planningExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work effectively across a global, cross-functional organizationEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and strategicallyDomestic and International travel is required as neededWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?PEOPLE - We have the best people, over 1,700 of them across the globe who collaborate to bring our customers world class sensing solutions!
