Inside Sales RepresentativeBusiness Area: Hexagon Manufacturing IntelligenceLocation: Irving, Texas, or Rhode Island USA (Remote)Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive customer retention, renewal revenue, and upsell growth within an assigned portfolio of accounts. This role serves as a key customer-facing position responsible for managing maintenance renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, and Operations teams while leveraging CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accountsProactively engage customers to secure maintenance renewals and identify upsell opportunitiesMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM (Salesforce)Generate quotes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with company guidelinesMeet or exceed quota and KPIs (call activity, revenue targets, opportunity creation)Build strong customer relationships to uncover additional product and service needsProcess orders and ensure successful completion and deliveryAct as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolutionCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless executionMaintain strong knowledge of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence solutionsQualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or commercial supportExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Experience with ERP systems (BPCS, LX, or similar) is a plusStrong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsCore SkillsAccount Management & RenewalsInside Sales & UpsellingCRM Management (Salesforce)Forecasting & Pipeline ManagementCustomer Relationship ManagementCommercial OperationsData Analysis & ReportingCross-functional CollaborationCommunication & NegotiationTime ManagementWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a hybrid work environment based in Irving, Texas, or Rhode Island combining in-office and remote work.
