Construction Project Manager | Marin CountyOur client is hiring a Construction Project Manager to support K–12 public school projects across Marin County. The firm specializes in highly regulated public-sector construction, with deep experience managing school modernization and capital improvement programs where compliance, coordination, and stakeholder communication are critical.Key responsibilities:Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and closeoutManage multiple active projects, including modernization and capital improvement efforts (e.g., HVAC upgrades)Oversee budgets, cost tracking, proposals, and change ordersDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules to meet deadlines and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with DSA standards and project safety requirementsCoordinate closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and school district stakeholdersConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and overall project executionMaintain project documentation and reporting using Procore and BluebeamQualifications:3+ years of experience as a Construction Project ManagerExperience with public works or K–12 school projects highly preferredStrong knowledge of DSA requirements highly preferredOSHPD/hospital project experience considered a strong alternativeProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to read and interpret plans and technical documentsPMP certification preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsCompensation:$85K to $150KProjects are based in Marin County with multiple active job sites.Please Quick Apply
