Project Manager / Business Analyst – M&A Integration (Healthcare)Duration: 6 months - Contract to HireLocation: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite – 5 days/week)** Please no third party candidates for this role **The OpportunityWe’re partnering with a fast-growing home care organization in New York that is actively evaluating and executing M&A initiatives.They’re looking for someone who can step in as a boots-on-the-ground operator—not just manage a project plan, but get inside the business, understand how things actually work, and help leadership make smart decisions during a critical growth phase.This is a high-visibility role working directly with leadership, with the opportunity to influence how the organization scales through acquisition.What You’ll Be DoingAct as the right hand to leadership on M&A-related initiativesDrive project execution while digging into day-to-day operationsSit with teams (intake, coordination, clinical ops, etc.) and understand:What’s actually happeningWhat’s brokenWhat won’t scale post-acquisitionTranslate real-world workflows into clear process maps, insights, and recommendationsIdentify risks, inefficiencies, and integration gaps across entitiesKeep projects moving while managing stakeholders across all levelsWhat Makes This Role DifferentThis is not a typical PM role.You won’t succeed here if you:Only manage timelines and status reportsStay at the leadership levelAvoid frontline engagementYou will succeed if you:Ask the right questions (and aren’t afraid to go deeper)Can build trust quickly with frontline staffKnow how to read between the linesCan turn messy, real-world operations into structured insightsWhat We’re Looking For5–8+ years of experience in Project Management + Business AnalysisStrong healthcare experience (home care, MLTC, CHHA, PACE, etc. highly preferred)Someone who is personable, curious, and confident in the fieldProven ability to:Extract information from all levels of the organizationFacilitate discussions and uncover real operational issuesTranslate findings into actionable plansComfortable working onsite and embedded with the businessExperience with M&A, due diligence, or integration is a strong plusQualifications5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager with strong Business Analyst capabilitiesExperience in healthcare environments (home care, payer, provider, or related)Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage frontline staff and extract meaningful insightsExperience facilitating interviews, workshops, and process discovery sessionsComfortable working onsite and interacting across all levels of the organizationStrong organizational, documentation, and communication skillsExperience supporting M&A, due diligence, or post-acquisition integrationBackground in home care, MLTC, CHHA, or similar environmentsExperience mapping workflows and identifying operational inefficienciesAbout Impresiv Health:Impresiv Health is a healthcare consulting partner specializing in clinical & operations management, enterprise project management, professional services, and software consulting services.
