We take pride in maintaining high standards for our guests, residents, and team.The RoleWe’re seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to run maintenance and facilities operations across our hotel and residential properties. This is a physical, and hands-on role responsible for managing building work orders, preventative maintenance, general plumbing and electric, vendor coordination, and collaborating with a small maintenance team- all while supporting an excellent guest and resident experience.What You’ll DoOversee daily maintenance and operation of general HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, grounds, and poolConduct routine property inspections and address issues proactivelyPrioritize and assign work ordersTroubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficientlyManage vendors, contractors, and product procurementEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForHospitality or multi-property experience is a plusStrong communicator with a hands-on, problem-solving, positive mindsetFlexible schedule to meet business needsWhy Join UsLead building operations for a unique, hospitality-focused property portfolioWork in a collaborative, family-owned environmentAbility to grow and be head of facility operationsDiscount to on-site restaurantSalary range: $60-65kAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
