Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Sales Professional based in Birmingham, AL. The Sales Professional will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their storage and custom closet needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, conducting client consultations, preparing proposals, and facilitating project coordination. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, the Sales Professional will play a direct role in expanding the company's business footprint while ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven sales and account management skills, including the ability to identify client needs and close sales effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales tracking software is a plus.Proficiency in Google SuiteAbility to learn rendering program for designing storageExperience in cabinetry or familiarity with storage and system solutions is highly desirable.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented personality with a passion for helping others improve their space and lifestyle.High school diploma is required; a background in sales, business, or a related field is a plus.
