We determine a home’s valuation research (market supply data), data analysis (comparable home transactions), and streamlined internal processes. Their team combines proprietary tools with expert insight to deliver accurate and timely property evaluations.Position Overview:The Real Estate Valuation Analyst / Underwriter will play a critical role in underwriting residential properties using internal platforms and real estate data. You’ll be responsible for producing valuation reports based on comparable market data, determining the home after repair value (ARV), and writing detailed, high-quality summaries of your findings. This is a fully internal, non-client-facing role that requires strong analytical skills and excellent written English.Key Responsibilities:Research and analyze residential properties to support “as-is” and “improved” valuations.Identify and review comparable properties using internal tools and available data.Assist in preparing clear and structured valuation summaries.Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and data inputs.Conduct market research on residential real estate trends.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data quality and reporting standards.Review property images and make informed assessments based on comparable sales.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in residential real estate underwriting, valuation, or related roles.Strong written English skills with the ability to clearly communicate analytical conclusions.High attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.Experience preparing valuation reports, underwriting summaries, or similar analysis.Comfortable working independently with digital tools and platforms.Nice-to-Haves:4+ years of experience in underwriting, asset management, or related roles.Experience working with U.S. residential real estate markets.Familiarity with repair cost estimation, appraisals, or inventory management.Experience supporting or managing properties post-acquisition (renovation, listing, resale).Prior experience working with a U.S.-based company.
