We are experts at meeting the unique needs of the markets we serve including hospitality, healthcare, events, municipalities, office, retail, and universities.Who We NeedThe Maintenance Supervisor leads and oversees maintenance operations across multiple parking facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational functionality. This role supervises a team of maintenance staff, provides hands-on support, assigns tasks, and trains team members. The Maintenance Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for facility upkeep, fosters a positive work environment, and ensures high-quality customer service standards.Supervise daily activities of maintenance staff across assigned locations. Train new and existing staff on maintenance protocols, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Lead by example through professional conduct, strong work ethic, and excellent communication. Assign and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Perform regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, or equipment repairs. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of parking facilities, including sweeping, trash removal, pressure washing, painting, and general repairs. Serve as the liaison between maintenance staff, Facility Coordinators, and management. Report maintenance concerns, supply needs, and staff performance issues to leadership. Provide detailed updates regarding facility conditions, repairs, and project progress. Promote a friendly, helpful, and professional atmosphere for customers and team members. Address customer concerns related to maintenance promptly and effectively. Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed alongside staff. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Handle special projects or assignments as directed by management. Ideal Candidate SkillsStrong leadership and team-building skills. Knowledge of basic building repairs, painting, cleaning techniques, and mechanical tasks. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols. Basic computer skills for reporting and communications.
