Program Manager, Workforce Programs & Weatherization (Georgia)
Location: Georgia (Remote with some travel required)
Support the delivery of workforce development and weatherization programs that expand access to energy efficiency careers and services across Georgia.
Everblue is seeking a Program Manager to support implementation of workforce initiatives and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). In this role, you will coordinate program activities, engage partners and contractors, and support compliance with federal and state requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with WAP, workforce development, or similar federally funded programs
Ability to coordinate program operations and manage stakeholders
Understanding of compliance, reporting, and performance tracking
Experience working with contractors, training programs, or community organizations
Position Summary
The Program Manager supports execution of workforce and weatherization programs across Georgia, helping align training, contractor engagement, and program delivery. This role works with state agencies, local partners, and internal teams to expand workforce capacity and improve program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
Support implementation of WAP and workforce programs
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and partner activities
Ensure alignment with DOE and state requirements
Workforce Development
Support training programs for contractors and energy professionals
Coordinate with partners to expand workforce pipelines
Help connect trained individuals to program opportunities
Contractor & Partner Engagement
Engage contractors, community organizations, and local agencies
Support onboarding and participation in programs
Maintain relationships to improve delivery outcomes
Compliance & Reporting
Support compliance with federal and state requirements
Track performance metrics and assist with reporting
Coordinate documentation with internal teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4–7 years of experience in program management, workforce development, or energy programs
Familiarity with federally funded programs
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel within Georgia
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WAP or similar programs (LIHEAP, utility programs, HOMES/HEAR)
Knowledge of energy efficiency or building science
Experience supporting training or workforce initiatives
Experience with CRM or reporting systems
