Programmers.io is currently looking for a Healthcare System AnalystOnsite in Mason, Ohio, USAContract Role open for C2C OR W2Job Summary:Seeking a Healthcare System Analyst with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in payer systems. The role requires deep understanding of end-to-end healthcare processes and the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and support healthcare payer processes including Eligibility & Enrollment, Provider Contract Pricing, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Appeals, and GrievancesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document system requirements (functional & technical)Work on system analysis, data mapping, and process improvementsSupport development and integration efforts across platformsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong understanding of healthcare payer workflowsProficiency in SQL and .NET (full-stack experience preferred)Hands-on experience with Facets platform (data model, architecture, and workflows)Experience working with cross-functional teams and documentation (BRD, FRD, technical specs)If you are interested, please apply or feel free to share your updated resume at anas.khan@programmers.ai
