Park vehicles in designated areas neatly and efficiently. Bring vehicles in/out of service lanes promptly. Retrieve cars for test drives or after service. Customer Service Greet customers and assist them when they arrive. Direct customers to the appropriate department. Help load or unload personal items from vehicles if needed. Pick up and deliver vehicles to/from customer homes or offices if needed Vehicle Cleaning Wash and vacuum vehicles before delivery or after service. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles on the lot. Lot Maintenance Keep the lot clean and organized. Remove debris, or trash as needed. Ensure showroom and exterior displays are tidy and presentable. Ensure rental vehicles are cleaned and ready. Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in good condition. Complete vehicle condition reports before/after rental use Shuttle Driver / Customer Transport Duties Drive customers to and from the dealership (e.g., home, work, nearby locations) while their vehicle is being serviced. Provide a safe, comfortable, and courteous ride. Maintain a professional, friendly attitude and represent the dealership positively.Additional Responsibilities & Expectations Pick up/deliver parts as needed. Assist service advisors or technicians when required. Support dealership events or vehicle displays. Ensure all vehicles are locked when not in use. Transport supplies (cleaning, oil, tires, etc.) to appropriate departments.
