A well-established Houston-based commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Senior Superintendent to its growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a field leader who enjoys taking ownership of complex ground-up construction projects and working with a reputable, established contractor.🏗️ Project TypesThe company’s portfolio includes:Tilt-wall / tilt-up constructionLarge-scale industrial and warehouse facilitiesManufacturing projectsCommercial office and mixed-use developmentsAviation facilities and hangarsMunicipal and public-sector projectsEducational facilitiesCommunity and institutional projectsGround-up and renovation projectsProjects can range from $10M to $50M+, providing an opportunity to lead significant projects from mobilization through closeout.👷 Senior Superintendent ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations from project mobilization through completionManage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelMaintain project schedule and drive critical milestonesCoordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and project teamConduct and lead subcontractor and OAC meetingsEnsure quality control and adherence to plans/specificationsMaintain a strong safety culture across the jobsiteCoordinate inspections, testing, deliveries, and site logisticsIdentify and resolve field conflicts and constructability issuesReview drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationManage punch list, turnover, and project closeoutServe as a key representative of the company with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors🎯 Ideal Background8+ years of commercial construction experienceProven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projectsStrong experience with tilt-wall / tilt-up construction strongly preferredExperience with industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or large commercial projectsAbility to manage projects in the $10M–$50M+ rangeStrong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality-control skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to read and interpret construction documentsOSHA 30 preferred💰 Compensation & PerksCompetitive base salaryAnnual performance bonusProject-specific bonus opportunityVehicle allowanceCompany gas cardComprehensive benefitsPTO and paid holidaysLong-term opportunity with an established Houston contractor
