Precision Metrology Quality Technician (CMM/PC-DMIS)

On second shift, you’ll be the go-to quality expert on the production floor—hands-on, highly technical, and central to ensuring every part shipped by RGC meets customer, company (RGC), and industry specifications. You’ll partner closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to keep processes tight and continuously improve product quality.A day in your roleYou begin by running first-piece inspections as new jobs launch, interpreting blueprints, control plans, and customer specifications to verify features and tolerances. Throughout the shift, you perform in-process checks, assist operators with proper measurement methods, and program/operate both manual and CNC CMMs (PC-DMIS/Modus preferred) to capture data quickly and accurately.
