This is an opportunity to shape how our sales team hires, ramps, and executesdriving measurable impact on performance and revenue.This is not a traditional learning and development position. You will play a central role in defining and improving how our sales organization performsfrom onboarding and coaching to systems and strategy. You'll partner closely with sales leadership and recruiting to ensure we are hiring the right talent, developing it effectively, and enabling consistent execution across the team.We're looking for someone who is data-driven, highly accountable, and passionate about elevating sales performance through practical, results-oriented enablement.Where You Can Make An Impact:Build a High-Performance Sales EngineDesign and implement a sales enablement strategy focused on measurable performance outcomesDefine and reinforce performance standards across the sales organizationContinuously evaluate and improve sales effectivenessPartner on Talent StrategyCollaborate with recruiting to refine hiring profiles and selection processesIdentify candidates with strong sales execution capabilitiesUse performance data to continuously improve hiring criteriaLead Onboarding & Ramp ProgramsDevelop onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivityCreate structured ramp plans with clear milestones and expectationsAssess early performance to identify development opportunitiesCoach and Develop Sales TalentFacilitate call reviews, deal analysis, and skill-building sessionsProvide direct, actionable feedback to improve performanceSupport underperforming reps with targeted development plansLeverage Data to Drive ResultsMonitor key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline progression, and activity levelsIdentify performance gaps and implement solutionsBuild playbooks based on proven best practicesScale Best PracticesIdentify behaviors and strategies used by top performersTranslate insights into repeatable frameworks and toolsDrive consistency in execution across the teamDevelop Sales ManagersEquip managers with coaching frameworks and toolsStrengthen accountability and performance management practicesPartner with leadership to maintain high standardsUtilize Tools & TechnologyLeverage tools such as Gong and generative AI platforms to enhance coaching and messagingContinuously improve enablement processes through technology and innovationYour Experience:Experience in Business Lending/Lending required5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership, ideally in high-volume environmentsProven track record of improving sales performance and driving measurable resultsStrong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve performance challengesExperience coaching frontline sales representativesDeep understanding of sales executionWhat Makes You Stand Out:Results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and outcomesStrong communicator who delivers clear, constructive feedbackComfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environmentsBias for actiontests, iterates, and adapts quicklyOwnership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solvingWhere:This role will be based in New York, NY.We believe in the value of in-person collaboration, especially in a sales environment where real-time coaching and shared learning accelerate development.
