We strive to make live streaming easier, enabling creators to build their audience, enhance engagement, and generate real income from their content.Role DescriptionAs a Social Media Engagement Assistant, your primary focus will be initiating and managing early-stage interactions with creators on TikTok.This role is centered around communication and outreach. You will be engaging with creators through TikTok chat features, starting conversations in a natural way, and helping guide them into our onboarding process.This is a fast-paced, interaction-based role that requires strong social awareness, quick thinking, and the ability to communicate comfortably with new people.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Engaging with creators through TikTok chat featuresInitiating conversations and building initial connectionsTransitioning conversations into direct messages when appropriateDirecting interested creators to the team for onboarding and supportManaging multiple conversations at once in a fast-paced environmentQualifications (Preferred)Strong communication skills and a natural conversational styleComfortable interacting with new people in a digital environmentFamiliarity with TikTok and how users engage on the platform Ability to multitask and respond quickly in real-time conversationsSelf-motivated and consistent in a remote or hybrid work setting
