Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment in accordance with safety standards and regulations Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs, emphasizing eco-friendly solutions when possible Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, pest sightings, and follow-up recommendations to ensure effective ongoing pest control Operate farm machinery, lawn care equipment, and other power tools safely to support outdoor maintenance tasks related to landscaping or agricultural settings Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and proper maintenance practices to minimize future infestations Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous for engaging with clients confidently Hands-on knowledge of pest control techniques, including the use of pesticides and baiting systems Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture practices enhances your ability to assess outdoor environments effectively Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment used in outdoor maintenance or pest management tasks Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for transportation between job sites Experience working with land management or property maintenance teams is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment use Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive approach makes a real difference!
