The start date is ASAP for this 4 Month Contract position.Job Title: Account DirectorLocation-Type: REMOTE (EST / CST only)Start Date Is: ASAPDuration: 4 Month ContractCompensation Range: $65 - $75/hr W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KNot eligible for Visa sponsorshipJob Description:Lead and manage key retail client accounts, driving strategic and operational excellence across digital and marketing initiatives.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Oversee a portfolio of retail client accounts, with primary focus on a large enterprise accountAct as the main point of contact between client stakeholders and internal teamsManage project delivery to ensure work is on time, on budget, and aligned with client strategyPartner with project management teams on scope, burn tracking, and revenue forecastingLead client presentations, status calls, and strategic discussionsEnsure alignment between client briefs and final deliverablesGuide teams on workflow processes and digital execution best practicesIdentify opportunities for account growth and additional businessMentor and manage junior team members and direct reportsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated digital solutionsRequirements:Must-Haves:8-12+ years of account management experience in an agency or similar environmentStrong background managing enterprise or retail clientsExperience leading teams and managing direct reportsProven experience with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio managementFamiliarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital workflowsAbility to communicate effectively with technical and development teamsStrong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsNice-to-Haves:Experience with workflow tools such as WorkfrontExposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platformsExperience in both B2C and B2B environmentsBackground in regulated or retail industriesInterest in AI and emerging digital technologies
