CMM Programmer (PC-DMIS | Offline Programming) If you're a CMM Programmer with PC-DMIS experience, this is your chance to step into a role where your work directly impacts high-performance aerospace and defense components. Pay & Schedule · $30–$40/hr · Overtime available · 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am – 3:30pm; Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm What You’ll Do · Program and optimize CMM inspection routines using PC-DMIS (offline and on-machine) · Build inspection programs from CAD models, blueprints, and GD&T · Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) · Troubleshoot dimensional issues with machinists and engineers · Improve inspection methods, fixturing, and measurement strategies · Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards What We’re Looking For · 3+ years of CMM programming experience (PC-DMIS required or strongly preferred) · Experience with offline programming from CAD models · Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation · Experience working in tight-tolerance or precision machining environments · Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively Preferred: · SolidWorks experience Benefits · Medical, dental, and vision insurance · Health Savings Account (HSA) · Paid Time Off (PTO) · Paid Holidays · 401(k) with company match About Us R&D Manco is a precision manufacturer serving the aerospace and defense industries.
