CDP Audience Specialist
The Planet Group is seeking a CDP Audience Specialist to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical client. The CDP Audience Specialist is a key cross-functional member of the CDP Activation team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight and optimization of CDP activation projects reporting to the Associate Director, Consumer Data Products.Pay: $39-41.44/hr depending on experience Location: RemoteCDP Audience Specialist Responsibilities:Build, QC and execute audiencesDay-to-day management of CDP audience updates from scope through execution including scope documentation, managing the Project Scope, and partnering with the internal resourcesEnsure high quality, on-time, and error free implementation, testing, and QA of campaigns within the platformCreate, review, and share standard quality control documents and follow the process to ensure accuracy and completenessSupport junior team members by performing QA of their programsAccount for platform or other related technology needs beyond current core platforms in place for CDP that need to be established or introduced to achieve the benefits and allow for streamlined and efficient operations in the new modelIdentify any issues or concerns the team has with cross functional and agency partnersWork with the Senior Consumer Data Products Specialist or Associate Director to resolve issues, identify root cause, and recommend corrective action where necessaryTroubleshoot roadblocks and identify creative and compliant solutions to facilitate forward motion of new initiativesMaintain segment taxonomy structure and maintain a running inventory of all CDP audience activitiesMonitor campaign performance and proactively provides recommendations to drive an increase in engagementDevelop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists and status reportsPossess minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progress, identify risks and ways to mitigate issues CDP Audience Specialist Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experienceRequires a minimum of 5-8 years of progressively increasing responsibility in Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, Adobe Analytics, AJO and CJARequires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to be effective managing through a highly matrixed organizationSkills required include business acumen, organizational assessment, creativity, interpersonal skills, and quantitative analytical abilitiesOutstanding communicator and comfortable interacting with a diverse group of technical and non-technical peopleResults-oriented, self-starter with passion for user experience, technology and the internetAbility to work and lead independent initiatives without day-to-day supervisionAble to prioritize & gracefully manage competing priorities to ensure deadlines are metCollaborative nature and ability to influence and guide cross-functional stakeholdersExceptional functional knowledge and expertise on digital marketing platforms #CDM
