Senior Account Executive
Title: Senior Account Executive - Justice & Public SafetyLocation: Remote with regular travel primarily in the State of Texas.About Quicket Solutions:Quicket is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming government operations through next-generation case management, eCitation, payment processing, and other solutions for courts, law enforcement, and other mission-critical functions of local government. Our mission is to streamline public sector workflows and empower agencies with modern, integrated technology.Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead new business development with courts and law enforcement agencies primarily in the State of Texas. This individual will play a critical role in driving Quicket’s growth by engaging with local, county, and tribal governments to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions. This is a full-time remote position with expected travel of 30–50%, primarily within the State of Texas with personal vehicle. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses.Key Responsibilities: New Business Development:Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with municipal and county courts and law enforcement agencies.Full-Cycle Sales Management:Own the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and discovery to product demonstrations, RFP responses, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and close.Client Engagement & Relationship Building:Develop trusted advisor relationships with agency decision-makers, including court administrators, judges, police chiefs, sheriffs, IT directors, procurement, and elected officials.Territory Planning & Pipeline Management:Strategically manage a multi-state sales territory, maintain an active pipeline in CRM, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.Collaboration & Product Expertise:Work cross-functionally with Quicket’s implementation and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements and ensure a seamless handoff after deal closure. Must have high-level of technical competency with product features, cloud infrastructure, integrations, security, and other specifications.Market Intelligence:Stay informed on industry trends, procurement timelines, and competitive landscape within government technology.
