Material Handler 2nd Shift

Job Description Shifts Available: 3:30 pm - 11 pmOverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Material Handler to join our dynamic supply chain and logistics team. In this role, you will oversee inventory levels, coordinate warehouse distribution activities, and ensure seamless procurement processes. Your expertise in supply chain management, data analytics, and warehouse operations will be instrumental in optimizing stock control, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals committed to process improvement and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage inventory levels across multiple warehouses using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400.Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials and products, leveraging negotiation skills to optimize pricing and supplier contracts.Oversee shipping and receiving processes, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination with third-party logistics providers (3PL).Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Utilize data mining tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Nielsen to analyze stock trends, demand planning metrics, and supply chain analytics.Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow efficiencies and recommending enhancements in warehouse distribution and inventory control.Perform financial analysis related to inventory valuation, pricing strategies, and cost reduction opportunities.Assist in demand forecasting and production planning by analyzing historical data and market trends.Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, supplier management details, and contract documentation.Engage in regular analysis of supply chain performance metrics to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.QualificationsHigh School Diploma/ GEDCompany Description Collaborative has a commitment to loyalty, quality, and strong communication.
