Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Flagship Store Manager to lead DeerRun’s high-profile first physical retail flagship location in the Houston market. This is not just a store management role—it’s a once-in-a-career opportunity to build the brick-and-mortar foundation for one of the most exciting emerging players in the connected fitness space.As Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for the launching of Houston flagship store, shaping a premium in-store customer experience, coordinating with KOLs for marketing activities, and building, training, and inspiring a high-performing team. You’ll serve as the brand ambassador of the DeerRun and PitPat brand in Texas, translating our innovative spirit into tangible experiences that convert lookers into loyal, long-term customers.This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant growth potential. You will work closely with headquarters on product launches, marketing activations, and cross-channel strategy, making direct, measurable contributions to the national retail expansion of the brand.Key Responsibilities1. New Store Build & Opening PreparationResponsible for building the flagship store from the ground up, fully leading or deeply participating in the supervision, coordination, and acceptance inspection of store renovation work to ensure construction progress, quality, and alignment with brand standards.Manage all pre-opening preparation tasks, including but not limited to license/permit applications, equipment delivery, system setup, procurement of supplies, team assembly and training, to ensure the store opens on time and smoothly.Work closely with headquarters, contractors, property management, and local vendors to resolve various unexpected issues during the preparation phase, ensuring zero delay in the opening timeline.2. Store Leadership & People ManagementRecruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of Sales Associates, Product Experts, and support staff to build a talent pipeline that reflects DeerRun and PitPat’s brand values.Ensure team members are fully trained on product features (including PitPat app integration, foldable mechanisms, smart connectivity, and safety), sales techniques, and customer service standards and able to perform product demo to potential customers and ensure demonstration effectiveness and customer engagementCoordinate with KOLs for marketing activities, including but not limited to filming promotion videos, managing collaborative social media campaigns and facilitating product trial demonstrations for their followersFoster an inclusive, welcoming, and collaborative culture where every team member feels empowered to contribute and grow.3. Customer Experience & Brand AmbassadorshipChampion a “customer-first” in-store journey that educates shoppers on the DeerRun&PitPat ecosystem—from space-saving foldable designs to connected virtual competitions via the PitPat platform.Oversee the resolution of escalated customer inquiries and product-related issues, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing trust in the brand.Actively solicit and leverage customer feedback to inform product displays, service enhancements, and store operations.4. Store Operations & Visual MerchandisingOversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, health and safety compliance, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and supply chain coordination.Manage store visual merchandising standards, ensuring that product presentations highlight key selling features: compact foldability, smart connectivity, treadmill incline functionality, and integration with fitness wearables.Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct routine cycle counts, and coordinate with distribution centers to fulfill customer orders (in-store pickup and direct-to-home options).5. Community Engagement & MarketingServe as the local brand ambassador, building relationships with Houston-area fitness influencers, etc.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events, product demonstration days, and community fitness challenges that drive foot traffic and local brand awareness.Stay ahead of fitness industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to keep the store’s offerings fresh and relevant.Contribute local content and insights to support DeerRun&PitPat’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) featuring store highlights and team stories.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or equivalent professional experience preferred.4+ years of progressive retail management experience, ideally in consumer electronics, home fitness, sporting goods, or premium home goods.At least 2 years of experience leading a store with annual sales volume of $3M+ , preferably in a high-traffic urban location or flagship setting.Hands-on experience in launching a new store from the ground up is strongly preferred.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire diverse teams.Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and good at cross-cultural communications and negotiations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with customers, corporate partners, and local community leaders.Hands-on, solution-oriented approach—comfortable working on the selling floor, demonstrating products, and solving operational issues in real time.Passion for fitness technology, wellness, and the growing “smart home” ecosystem.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 40 lbs (e.g., walking pads, treadmill components) when needed.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and select holidays.Ability to respond to headquarter requirements and deployments on a timely basis. 主要职责1. 新店建设与开业筹备(1)负责从零到一搭建旗舰店,全面主导或深度参与店面装修工程的监督、协调与验收,确保施工进度、质量与品牌标准一致。(2)管理开业前的各项准备工作,包括但不限于证照办理、设备进场、系统搭建、物资采购、团队组建与培训,确保门店按时、顺利开业。(3)与总部、施工方、物业及本地供应商密切协作,解决筹备过程中的各类突发问题,确保开业节点零延误。2. 门店领导与人员管理(1)招聘、录用、入职并培养销售助理、产品专家及支持人员,打造一支能够体现 DeerRun 和 PitPat 品牌价值的人才队伍。(2)确保团队成员充分掌握产品特性(包括 PitPat 应用集成、可折叠机制、智能互联及安全性)、销售技巧和客户服务标准,并能够向潜在客户进行有效的产品演示,保证演示效果与客户参与度。(3)与 KOL 协调营销活动,包括但不限于拍摄宣传视频、管理社交媒体合作推广活动,以及为他们的粉丝组织产品试用体验。(4)营造包容、热情、协作的文化,让每位成员都感到被赋能,愿意贡献并获得成长。3. 客户体验与品牌形象(1)倡导“客户至上”的门店体验,向顾客介绍 DeerRun & PitPat 生态系统——从节省空间的可折叠设计到通过 PitPat 平台实现的虚拟竞赛。(2)负责升级处理客户问询及产品相关问题,确保满意度并加强品牌信任。(3)主动收集并利用客户反馈,优化产品陈列、服务提升及门店运营。4. 门店运营与视觉陈列(1)全面管理日常门店运营,包括开闭店流程、健康与安全合规、现金管理、库存准确性及供应链协调。(2)管理门店视觉陈列标准,确保产品展示突出核心卖点:紧凑的可折叠性、智能互联、跑步机坡度功能以及与可穿戴健身设备的集成。(3)保持准确的库存水平,进行定期循环盘点,并与配送中心协调完成客户订单(门店自提及直接配送到家)。5. 社区参与与市场营销(1)担任本地品牌大使,与休斯顿地区的健身达人等建立合作关系。(2)与市场团队合作,策划并执行店内活动、产品体验日和社区健身挑战,以提升客流量和本地品牌知名度。(3)保持对健身行业趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求的敏锐度,确保门店产品展示与活动保持新鲜感与相关性。(4)提供本地内容和见解,支持 DeerRun & PitPat 在社交媒体(Instagram、TikTok、Facebook)上的宣传,展示门店亮点和团队故事。任职资格与要求教育与经验:(1)工商管理、市场营销、零售管理学士学位或同等专业经验者优先。(2)4 年以上渐进式零售管理经验,最好在消费电子、家用健身、体育用品或高端家居领域。(3)至少 2 年管理年销售额 300 万美元以上门店的经验,优先考虑高流量城市核心地段或旗舰店背景。(4)有从零到一筹备并开设新店的实际经验者优先。技能与能力:(1)强大的领导力,能够指导、培养和激励多元化团队。(2)流利的英语和普通话,擅长跨文化沟通与谈判。(3)优秀的人际交往和沟通能力,能够自如地与客户、合作伙伴及本地社区领袖交流。(4)动手能力强,以解决问题为导向——能够自如地在销售现场进行产品演示并实时解决运营问题。(5)对健身科技、健康及不断发展的“智能家居”生态充满热情。身体要求:(1)能够长时间站立和走动(每班最长 8 小时)。(2)能够搬运最重 40 磅(约 18 公斤)的产品(如 walking pad、跑步机部件)。(3)能够适应灵活的工作时间安排,包括周末、晚间及部分节假日。(4)能够及时响应总部的需求和工作部署。Why Join DeerRun?Be a pioneer.
