Client Partner – Utilities & Energy (Data & AI)Location: Dallas, Texas (Work from Office)Employment Type: Full-TimeEligibility: Only U.S. Citizens (USC) and Green Card Holders (GC)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Client Partner – Utilities & Energy to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within the Utilities & Energy sector.This is primarily a Farmer/Account Growth role, focused on expanding existing client relationships, increasing account penetration, driving renewals, and identifying new opportunities across AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation initiatives.As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior executives across Utilities & Energy organizations to align business goals with AI-first and data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, grid optimization, and revenue growth.The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of Utilities & Energy domain expertise, enterprise account management experience, and technical fluency in Data & AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Account GrowthBuild and strengthen executive relationships within Utilities & Energy enterprise accountsOwn revenue growth, profitability, retention, and expansion targets for assigned accountsLead account farming, mining, and whitespace expansion initiativesDevelop strategic account plans aligned to customer business objectivesAct as a trusted advisor by aligning AI, Data, and Analytics solutions with client transformation initiativesDrive account expansion opportunities across AI/ML, Data Platforms, Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation servicesManage renewals, SOW extensions, commercial discussions, and account governance activitiesServe as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolutionSolution & Delivery CollaborationCollaborate with Data Analytics, Engineering, Delivery, and Presales teams to define and deliver tailored AI/ML and Data solutionsSupport proposal creation, executive presentations, and solution positioning activitiesPartner with GTM and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction, SLA adherence, and successful project executionWork with Marketing teams to develop Utilities & Energy–focused value propositions and thought leadership initiativesRequired Qualifications8–12 years of experience in client-facing roles such as:Account ManagementClient PartnerEnterprise SalesConsultingProven experience managing and growing Utilities & Energy enterprise accountsStrong experience in a Farmer/Account Growth role focused on account expansion, retention, and long-term customer relationshipsDemonstrated success owning revenue and growth targets for enterprise accountsStrong understanding of AI/ML, Data Platforms, Cloud, and Analytics solutionsAbility to bridge business and technology conversations with executive stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Domain ExpertiseKnowledge or experience in:Grid OperationsAdvanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS)Utility OperationsEnergy OptimizationPredictive MaintenanceDemand ForecastingCustomer Analytics & EngagementPreferred Technical ExpertiseExperience or familiarity with:SnowflakeDatabricksMicrosoft AzureAmazon Web Services AWSInformaticaMaster Data Management (MDM)AI/ML PlatformsData Governance & Analytics SolutionsWhat Success Looks LikeExpands existing Utilities & Energy accounts year-over-yearBuilds strong executive relationships across client organizationsDrives measurable business outcomes through AI and Data-led transformation initiativesSuccessfully partners with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growthEstablishes the organization as a strategic transformation partner within the Utilities & Energy industryEducationBachelor’s degree in a related field requiredAdvanced degree preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance-based commissionHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and Data transformation initiatives within the Utilities & Energy sectorInterested candidates can share their updated resume at:📩 seema.bisht@glovetalent.com.
