Obsidian is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to own the data warehouse and analytics foundation. You will own the dbt project, the warehouse architecture, and the semantic layer that supports executive dashboards, GTM workflows, and internal AI agents. You will report to the VP of Business Systems, Data & IT, collaborating with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Security to design scalable data models and AI-ready pipelines that power the business.
