Consumer Marketing Manager
The Planet Group is seeking a Consumer Marketing Manager to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical client. This person plays an integral role in driving success by leveraging DTC strategies and best-in-class execution in support of the Migraine Franchise and the extended cross-functional Consumer Team. Pay: $70-75.88/hr depending on experience Location: Hybrid in Florham Park, NJ or Mettawa, IL (Onsite T-TR)Consumer Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Translate brand strategy into omnichannel marketing plans that reflect the positioning of the brand, while aligning to brand objectivesPull through strategic direction for agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goalsUtilize marketing skills to lead the creative development and deployment of insight-driven, channel-specific, and personalized contentWork closely with marketing team, media agencies and partners to build and optimize yearly media plansWork with cross functional team to monitor channel performance, report on key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and engagementWork with cross functional partners to enhance brand messaging and strengthen promotional claims within the labelMake proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and dataWork with research/analytics teams to generate and analyze consumer data/insights to inform and improve audience focus and tactical executionMaintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plansEffectively communicate the strategy and objectives of your work to internal cross-functional partners and sales leadership to drive brand business objectivesConsumer Marketing Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeMarketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skillsCompetency in core marketing capabilities such as creative development, translating analysis to insights, optimization across the marketing mixProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams (internal and external), including timeline and budget managementStrong written and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter and proactive attitudeStrong collaboration skillsSuccess working in a matrixed organization to drive alignment to brand objectives #CDM
